Returns:
You may return items within
fifteen (10 ) days of receipt if not completely satisfied. We
do not accept returns on Patterns/ Stencils or CD'S. Please
return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the
invoice and you must send us an email within 3 days or receipt
that you are returning the product. Any unauthorized returns,
special orders, or merchandise altered, damaged in any way will
not be accepted. There could be A Restocking Fee of 15% charged
on returns. Please notify US within 24 hours of receipt if any
items are damaged or missing from your order. We do not accept any
returns after 20 days.

best to keep most our items in stock for immediate delivery . When

SHIPPING
USPS is the
least expensive method of the shipping, however it cannot be
tracked outside the US and cannot be insured outside the US. If
you need your package to have a tracking number and be insured
please contact us for other SHIPPING CHARGES. WE USE FEDERAL
EXPRESS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship
Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays
or Holidays.
If there
are additional shipping charges customers will be contacted via
e-mail regarding the charges.
International
Customers
Customers
shipping internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.
WE SHIP TO
International Customers several times a week: We ship USPS AND
FEDERAL EXPRESS (1 to 3 weeks).
Delivery
Time
We generally take 1 to 3 business days to process order
(unless you need it right away ) and we usually try our best to
ship out the order by the next business days. It takes around 5
-10 business days for the package to delivery (From the time of
dispatch). There is no guarantee that your package will be
delivered within 10 business days (However, most of the package
will arrive within 10 days). Please note that Shipping time does
not include processing time. We mail out the packages Monday to
Friday.
When using Paypal you do not have to provide us with your
credit card information. No do not need to enter your credit card
information each time you purchase either. It is Easy, Fast and
